Management

Management is performed by the board of directors.
 
Alexander Ivanov (Chairman of The Board) received a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Samara Aerospace University in 1992. He has strong skills in commercial corporate management. He was the co-founder and CEO in a number of large industrial enterprises in Samara. He participates in real business since 1992. Mr.Ivanov is focused in establishing and executing the company’s growth and marketing strategies.
 
Oleg Klovsky (CEO) received a Masters in Computer Sciences from Samara Aerospace University in 1987. He participates in real business as CEO of the numerous companies since 1991. He took part in the exchange program sponsored by US Government “Business for Russia” in 1994, where acquires basics of marketing management. In the Company he is focused of the management of activity and marketing.
 
Alexander Yudashkin (CTO) received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Samara Technical University. He has 9 years of business experience in IT, 13 years of academic experience in pattern recognition and complex systems research. He is also an Associate Professor at Samara Technical University (Samara, Russia). Dr.Yudashkin has numerous scientific and technical works focusing on neural networks, pattern recognition and non-linear systems. He earned the Grant by President of Russia 1997-1999, Medal by Russian Academy of Sciences 2000, Medal by Russian Engineering Academy 2001. As the CTO, he is focused on the development management.
