The method of human appearance verbal description is also the original achievement of ORO LLC. It allows to consider up to all possible cases of presence or absence of addition qualitative information on how the identified person looks. The appearance description is based on about 300 parameters which could be helpful for recognition simplification. The software also uses various techniques of calculus optimization and data clastering for performance accelerating.
The user submit an image and/or appearance description of an unknown person through the special request form, which sends by the client software (browser) to the server over the LAN or modem connection. First, server chooses the information matching the submitted description, and after that executes recognition and displays the limited hierarchy of portraits of registered persons, which are most similar to the presented picture.
